On this topic, I found DOIs for other missing entries that whedon couldn't solve:
yea! some of the suggested DOIs look good and are now incoporated into the paper. One was actually replaced with a closely related reference. Changes also reflected in the main paper.
As noted in the whedon check, you need DOIs for a few of the refs.
