play remote pls files. #3

add possibility to resolve remove .pls some radio stations... eg bbc come with urls for streams as remote .pls. sailwave does not play them at the moment will be nice if will. http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/listen/live/r1_heaacv2.pls
