fix runtime warning from sourceID #56

as mentioned in #55, the patch for #54 occasionally throws a runtime warning. Figure out how to stop this or at least handle the warning itself if thrown.

this is throwing sourceID errors more than I originally expected. Marking as a bug because this clearly shouldn't be happening.

solved by #64:

because we are now juggling events on the Gtk event loop, must specify eventSourceID for every instance of removal rather than GLib.SOURCE_REMOVE
additionally, set eventSourceID to None in each case, which stops duplicate removals of the same eventSourceID, fixing the bug.
