"time wasted" tracking feature #60

kind of like the opposite of total_time tracker.

Counts time between timers, i.e. the time it takes for you to click "start" to move on to your next tomatoro.

This assumes time spent past the break time limit is procrastination.

Similarly, maybe count time wasted when someone resets their pomodoro. This similarly assumes that a reset implies a user was actually messing around and decided to restart as a result.

I like this idea. However, I wouldn't call it time wasted something kinder.
