twoplayer: When garbage is enabled, game should end when one player dies #20

When playing two-player with garbage, is there a way to have the game end after one person tops out like in the Tetris Zero hack? I like that your classic score attack version of two-player let's the other person keep playing but when playing two-player with garbage, most people are just trying to kill the other player with garbage, and my friends have to always just kill themselves so we can get to the next game
