Multiple variants #22

@markwilkinson Based on my recent interactions with registry providers. I noticed that often multiple variants are reported per patient. Is it possible to change this csv template to take multiple values for hgvs_string column?

this would normally be done by having multiple lines per patient.

If there are cases that cannot be solved using multiple lines, I would welcome some examples...

As we discussed in the meeting. As long as these rows are generated with SQL queries or script this feature is not required. I will close this issue we can reopen it in the future if needed. Thanks @markwilkinson
