"one of the following" list in some modules types the output and in others the attribute #125

https://github.com/ejp-rd-vp/CDE-semantic-model/blob/master/docs/5.Date_of_diagnosis.md here the "one of the following" list is typing the output, in other modules (e.g. sex), it is typing the attribute. Why the difference? Are both correct?
