Link between the data and phenopackets was defined in the SWAT4HCLS hackathon

Final metadata metamodel to be created using the prior model, and the results from the hackathon.

Look into dcat:qualifiedRelation

Created a new combined version of the omics + phenopakcets metadata schema including the dcat qualifiedRelation
