10/6 update No update, we leave it on to make sure we link the Phenopackets model denoting the data model for the data is linked into the data model appropriately. Nuria developed connection with phenopackets, used 'qualified relation' (or something like that in DCAT), based on suggestion by Mark W.

[ ] @NuriaQueralt will add the link to her work.
[ ] @mroos to create specific issue on the generalised issue (standard way to connect to model/shape denoting the data model/shape; tag @ericprud, @luizbonino @markwilkinson to agree on the EJP RD proposal for this (will go into final deliverable) and link it into this issue.

Mark et al experimenting with reference implementation. A workflow did not work. Practice now: github full of shacls.
