In SHACL to be fed into FDPs

Matching use cases

  1. Transcriptome
  2. Variant & clinical information sources HCP, FEGA-Sweden
  3. Public resources linkable to genome+clinical information (drugs, pathways)

Relevance for onboarding

  1. Provisional extensions of metadata model required for L3
  2. After testing can be added to onboarding requirements
