In preparation for the VP 1.5 release, many things have been updated, as follows:
General: We have now switched from CDE models V1, to CDE models v2 (from now on, called Clinical And Registry Entries Semantic Model: CARE-SM). There are numerous advantages to the CARE-SM models, over the CDEv1 models (rationale described here. The primary difference is the switch to RDF Quads (versus RDF Triples), and a consolidation of the ontologies used to annotate the model, such that all nodes have one "core" type, and one "specialist" type.
FAIR-in-a-box: FiaB needed to be modified to adapt to the CARE-SM models. Instructions for upgrading from V1 to CARE-SM, or for installing from-scratch, are in the FiaB Main Page
There have also been significant changes to the metadata models for the FAIR Data Point. I have updated all of the SHACL examples in FDP-Configuration, and updated the screenshots in the tutorial. The primary difference is that Level 2/3 is no longer indicated by the "VPContentDiscovery" flag; rather, all data services become annotated via one or more dct:type properties, that point to ontology terms describing their functionality. All FiaB will need to be updated with these changes, in order to be VP compatible for the V1.5 release at the end of October.
