When performing a keyword search in the search bar, the ordering of the suggestions is a bit counter-intuitive.
If it is a bug name steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: Search for "neuroblastoma"
The search results presents "Ganglioneuroblastoma" as first results and "neuroblastoma" as last
If it is a bug complete the following information:

In my view the ordering of results should be the other way round, as "neuroblastoma" has the highest similarity to the query.
