Add YARRRML syntax description to RML example #2

If a project provides a good introduction tutorial I tend to link to that for initial instructions and use this wiki only for dedicated guidance specific to our domain/approach

Luis also check work in https://github.com/ejpsoil/soildata-assimilation-guidance/blob/main/docs/tools/yarrrml.md maybe you can use some of it

The YARRRML syntax is in (ab4af62adbaf0e2da219b921aa30b972c154e7d2). Now needs a reference to Matey.

the yarrml page is now removed in favour of rml.md, but could still use matey reference
