Hi, I would like to know if push/pop header functions are available as actions.

In OVS, I applied the patch https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/579431/ and implemented a user-space matcher gtp_teid=XXX working in the case of disabled megaflows, i.e., ovs-appctl upcall/disable-megaflows (also enable-megaflows). I did not implement anything else...
