is it support to rails 5+ versions?

Based on https://github.com/ejschmitt/delayed_job_web/issues/84 I would say it does support rails 5.

@NarasimhaReddyY @drewB I don't use this project anymore, but are either of you on Rails 5 and can you confirm it's working? We can also merge a Readme PR mentioning Rails 5 support.

@andyatkinson it works in Rails 7 as well so can be closed
