Update dependencies and specs. #122

Also migrate to Github CI.

Looks good. Thanks for updating the dependencies. This is not yet a released change correct? So we'd make sure this is merged, CI is green, and then we'd create and publish a new gem release?

thanks! No need to release anything yet since it's mostly development deps updates. I plan to close/merge/fix current PRs and issues and then we can release it.

Sounds good @nashby I can't remember if you can merge. I can merge though for you and if you're able to merge and make a new one, I'll just do an approval and leave the merge up to you.
