Can we position support for aarch64-darwin in the roadmap?

I think it would be good to be explicit about it rather than having it as an organic addition that is painful for both people interested in it and not: the set of supported OSes cuts across concerns and is more impactful than just architectures.

MacOS support is going through a major overhaul (most of which has been merged by now), but I would like to see the impact of those changes to see if they more ergonomic in practices. Although the previous darwin.apple_sdk.frameworks.xxx was pretty painful, so it would be hard to see it NOT be an improvement.
