Change to free license compatible with hylang #5

Hi Eric. Thanks for your work on jedhy! I'm wondering if you'd be willing to update your license to match that of hylang.

It says license='MIT'" in setup.py, so it might just be a matter of somebody forgetting to put the license notice in the README or adding a LICENSE file.

For future people looking around here, Eric said OOB:

I agree to license jedhy under the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation; either version 3, or (at the licensee's option) any later version.

I would accept the PR but I can't access my github since losing my 2fa device sometime ago and not having a backup. I don't program outside work anymore so I haven't made an effort to resolve that.

So clearly GPL 3 is OK, and arguably a signaled intention that PSF is acceptable.
