Escape 2042 The Truth Defenders - "Smooth Coder" Screen #553

This screen is popping up in the most recent versions of GPGX (Retroarch PC and Wii), this never happened in the earlier versions, the last time i remembered this never appeared was a couple of years ago, this could be some regression that happened that causes this to appear. I've checked other homebrew/indie games on GPGX and they worked fine except this game

It was indeed a regression introduced by https://github.com/ekeeke/Genesis-Plus-GX/commit/731650733946116cdd7cfe061d4c014b2124df51

It is now fixed by https://github.com/ekeeke/Genesis-Plus-GX/commit/351d052e846b3fd7ffc20ce2b61dcd1b09d6eec8
