Nunchuck & classic controller control in menu move too fast #2

In menu selecting item is too fast with Nunchuck or Classic controller
analog sticks.

This is how it has been designed. Analog Stick should only be used to scroll 
the ROM
file list faster.
Use the D-PAD for anything else
