Makes the game unplayable IMHO.
Would be great if could be fixed.

This project is probably not gonna be updated anymore (at least not by me, I 
still receive issue report through emails but that's it), Hugo emulation core 
from which this is based is indeed VERY outdated and a hell to fix/improve.

You should rather use Mednafen-Wii, which has very accurate PC-Engine (and 
PCE-CD) emulation:
