Odd keyboard behaviour

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just trying to type the = symbol

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see an "=" appear, instead I see a ")"

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
Using MathML Editor 2.5, plugin for ckEditor

Please provide any additional information below.
Other symbols misplaced: " becomes @, & becomes ^, / becomes &

hmm, it is a flash problem with keyboard.
What language do you use?
What browser do you use?

The problem appears on a Firefox (Windows XP) with Italian language.

Odd thing is that, on Firefox for Mac OSX (always Italian language) the problem 
is not present and I see the correct characters once pressed.

Is there a way to force the language I need to Flash?

The issue is appearing also on Chrome for Windows, so I cannot tell everyone to 
check his properties... is there anything we can set while instantiating the 
editor to force the language?
