Added alternative ui - utorrent-ui #9

@bradcornford good work. But two questions:

  1. is 9 years old UI is useful ?
  2. where you found utorrent-webui.2013052820184444.zip ? It does not listed on site https://sites.google.com/site/ultimasites/utorrent-miniui#download

  1. Yes, its a great improvement over the stock Web UI, with multiple fixes in place for issues since the development for the UI stopped.
