Extend config to make inference easier #1

The Config class should be extended so that for networks with a single input and output no indentifiers and kernel names have to be known by the user.

[x] Add default input device id to runtime config
[x] Add default output device id to runtime config
[x] Add default input kernel name to runtime config
[x] Add default outpt kernel name to runtime config
[x] Pass Config parameters to BaseDriver
