dolby vision to sdr with the right colors #149

Please make it possible to save dolby vision videos in sdr format, mpv can play dolby vision video with keys --tone-mapping=bt.2446a --vo=gpu-next But webm saves it without changing the colors of the player, can the developer implement it or does someone know the solution to this problem?

mpv's encoding mode doesn't support many options in playing mode.
