You can move around using the VI control keys (HJKL, YUBN).  That's far from 
intuitive, I know, but at least it's available.

I have implemented a solution in the new release 1.3.2. Basically, you can 
touch close to the edges of the screen to move, or hold for a longer press to 
travel to a point. Hope this helps. Also see issue 15 for more details.
