This PR is an improvement of #85.

Adds support for layouts other than horizontally stacked ones (vertical, gaps, overlaps, etc.)
Adds support for display ids higher than 9 (can happen even with two monitors)
Removes memory leak for display array
Corrects error handling for SDL_GetDisplayBounds
