Make one for the visual alphabet. Have the splash-screen be the full alphabet. Needs a manuscript:

A set of bulding blocks that takes away the threshold of drawing.
If you're uncertain of how to draw something, fall back to using the shapes from the visual alphabet
A set of open shapes: dot, line, angle, arc, spiral and loop
A set of closed shapes: circle, lense, triangle, square/rectangle, a polygon (here a pentagon/house) and a cloud

That's it. With these shapes you can draw anything. It may look clunky, but you'll be able to communicate what you need.
