Test Alpine instead of Svelte #59

Seems to do most of what I need, and will stay small and simple,, unlike Vue and Svelte. https://github.com/eklem/svelte-sidx-components/issues/15

Make the service worker library first. Then the Alpine sidx library to interact with it later, and then build nowsearch.xyz on top of that.
