v2 with key tags - howto #10

I'm guessing you can only have one or a few OTPs on a keytag.

One phone is det in OTP-generate/transmit mode
When tag is identified/present, it's wiped, size is assessed and appropriate amount of OTPs are generated and transferred.
Other phone is set in OTP receive mode
When tag is identified, read OTPs and wipe. --> ready to encrypt/decrypt messages
