These won't be runnable tests, but something to logically test the code of conduct against real life "shouldn't have programmed this" cases:

Volkswagen emission scandal
Uber's Iphone hardware sniffing
"The code I'm still ashamed of"-story by Bill Sourour

Make a test-page with the different cases and describe what part of the code of conduct they break.

More examples that covers something these don't?

The Tidal-case where it seems that Tidal has faked 320,000,000 playbacs of songs on two albums, shifting payment from other artists to the artists of theese two albums. Well explained by Torgeir Waterhouse that someone has thought out the idea, ok'ed it, found people to do it, developed it, tested it, etc. It hasn't happened without people knowing it.
