Prevent Device creation if config dialog is cancelled #4

Right now it's possible to create a device instance with no serial port data by cancelling the DeviceConfig dialog. Figure out how to prevent such a malformed device.

Fixed by c4103ff3b49ae50f29f830b1a30137cb68d5854c
