Add missing dependencies in 'custom-setup' section #28

This fixes builds with ghcjs.

Why ghcjs requires those dependencies? It seems like a bug in some tooling related to ghcjs, and would be good to know what happens there.

Nevermind, this has already been added, and then removed. It actually goes back to a bug in stack. See the changelog. It's the most recent commit. My apologies.
