Add instances for Solo #65

Once Solo is exported from base in GHC 9.2 (hopefully; see this MR), we'll want to grab it from there instead of ghc-prim.

Note that main is not something which is to be released. If you want that in "soon available" distributive, look for released branch.

To add some more detail, I've held off on releasing the main branch since it's likely that there are other in-flight changes that will need to happen on @ekmett's side before that is ready for a Hackage release. If you'd like to see these changes in particular released to Hackage soon, let me know and I can backport them.
