Update dependencies to allow transformers-0.4.* #2

Could the dependency on transformers bumped up to allow 0.4.*?

I've been away at Yow LambdaJam. I'm slowly working through the myriad packages that need updating for 0.4.

The issue is a bit more subtle than it appears, as the naive version across the board seems to result in too much backtracking for some of the bigger packages that depend on my code to compile.
