Adapt to changes from transformers-0.5.0.0 (fixes #11) #12

This updates all of the backported modules to use the code from transformers-0.5.0.0.

This pull request does not introduce any modules to backport instances that would have to be orphans (the topic of #9). I'll do that in a separate pull request.
