@RyanGlScott now I'm happy with the state of PR. Note that .travis.yml doesn't contain manual changes!

Please comment if there's still something off, I'll be happy to improve haskell-ci even further. (Disclaimer: I have yet to merge changes to haskell-ci repo, this is "preview", see https://github.com/haskell-CI/haskell-ci/pull/157).
