Remove ads in article list for Golem Pur token users #42

Only insert new articles for the first updater (AboKey updater needs to be first in the list)

LGTM, thank you for contributing! I will make a new release with that in the next week, I think I also got an email from Google requesting some API-Level upgrades. Unfortunately, I can't test it as I don't have a Golem API Key anymore, but it does look correct.

Thanks for merging! We've tested it in our side with a Golem token and have been running the locally build version since Saturday. So it should be fine

Nice. I need to wait for a reply from golem.de, afterward I can start the Google Play Update. On F-Droid it should update in the next couple of days I guess.
