CSS crashes to Desktop #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Joining public servers
2.
3.

Every time I join a server with people on it after a few second the game will 
crash to desktop. Removing GUI fixes the issue so there is something wrong with 
settings on this GUI.

I think this is due to the dxlevel changing in the esl.cfg just delete the 
esl.cfg from the hyphen folder in cstrike/cfg
