Hello I just downloaded the shoutcasting program. I was wondering how do you 
put in team logos like is it possible for me to insert new logos or can that 
not be done?

This can be done, you will need VTFEdit to make the vtf's in Photoshop, and 
make sure you include an alpha channel.
