This PR updates the dependencies, it does several things:

Removes travis in favor of GA.
Drops support for PHP < 7.2 (https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php).
Drops support for unmaintained Symfony versions (https://symfony.com/releases).
Adds support for PHP 8.
