Add ability to route through proxies #280

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a new option to specify proxy
2. Enter proxy
3. URLs will route through proxy now.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No option to add proxy.

On what operating system, browser and browser version?

Please provide any additional information below.
This will help in testing the proxies as well.
