Drop cargo order doesn't work (Bug) #2

Every time I've tried it the cargo(population) has not moved on the next turn.

Hmm, I built a freighter and loaded and dropped cargo repeatedly at my homeworld, and never had any trouble. I used the cargo transfer window accessible from the "Fleets in Orbit" box on the main screen. How did you do it?

I had the issue pop up when attempting to move population from my HW to a colony.

I can transfer manually while in orbit, but the "Drop Cargo" order doesn't seem to work.

On further contemplation I think the Drop Cargo issue might be that it's not prompting you to tell it what to drop, thus the order is in practice to drop nothing.
