Port to .NET Core #3

.NET Core is the future of .NET, so it would be nice to port this game to that platform.

Anyone know if. NET core apps can run on mono? .net core does not support winforms on Linux or Mac (yet?)...

I just discovered that .NET Core WinForms app will not run in Mono on Linux; we might want to reconsider this...
