Show full stats of components from the ship designer, etc. #33

Describe the feature you'd like to see Anywhere a ship design is visible, you should be able to right click a component and get a report on it.

Benefits Make the game mechanics less mystical.

Describe alternatives Double click maybe?

Additional context Need to figure out everywhere in the game that ship components are displayed... Also maybe those "Base Cargo" things that seem to be giving freighters free cargo space...

the same is also true of ships in fleets, right click should give you the ship design in the design index thingy.
