I have added LengthMenu and PageLength options in the .net framework project.

Hi @rolujan , I did some changes and move the all functions you contribute to TagHelpers, sorry for not informing you, you can delete this pull request and you can get all these changes form version 3.2.0 on nuget. Thank you again. It is fun working together :) Please look at commits #65
