Get `forge test` to stop freezing #66

you cant run forge test cuz it just freezes. we need to fix this

did you try resetting your laundry machine and unplugging your electric toothbrush charger?

i just ran it locally and it worked end to end , so whatever i guess it works now. maybe it bugs out on foundry somethings, but that's not our problem.

also, it always works in the CI, so we're all good
