feat(resource): implements gamelift and pinpoint #324

Implements https://github.com/rebuy-de/aws-nuke/pull/1023 by cherry picking the original commits and then converting to libnuke resource format.

Additional refactoring and features like pagination and resources were added to all the new resource types.
