askpass no longer works - should be auth-user-pass

Thanks for the contribution @sstent. Is there documentation on where askpass is no longer support or deprecated? The openvpn.net website isn't working for me at the moment.

Sorry, you can ignore this - I was trying to auth a non-cert based VPN, so it needed auth-user-pass instead.
