VDesk Installer Cannot load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Program Files (x86)\VDesk\VDesk.exe' #72

Installing VDesk version 1.2.0 on Windows version 17134.1304 does not work. The following window appears during the installation.

Installing to the directory C:\VDesk works.
